Meet & Greet
Have a good idea of how many guests, any specific theme/concept you have in mind, the budget you have to work with, and a high-level vision you have for your wedding or event.
Come prepared with your vision.
Vendor Plan
This is one of the most complex parts of event planning. Just a few of the vendors to coordinate: venue, catering, florist, music and entertainment, decorations/design, parking, etc.
Try to keep all decisions made earlier to avoid day-of-event hiccups.
Relax
You are hiring me to worry about everything. This is one of the most important days of your life. I have seen it all and I am a great problem-solver. It will be taken care of, this is why you hired us!
